The February 2026 Jujutsu Kaisen update reshaped mid-game Anime Paradox X progression through a dedicated portal ladder, Secret exclusives, and Valentine Heart currency. Nine new units joined the roster — banner pulls, a Paradox-rarity headline, portal secrets inspired by Gojo, Sukuna, and Yuji, plus Valentine shop exclusives. Even after the July 2026 Re-Release pushed Super Vegito and Megumo to the top, Brojo (Six Eyes) and Sukuno (Curse King) remain staples for Raid chip survival and burst DPS.
Portal system overview
JJK portals progress from Tier 1 to Tier 15. Buy starter portals from the Sorcerer Shop, farm Shibuya City Infinite for drops, or use Portal Finder to join high-tier lobbies — the community meta for reaching Tier 15 fastest.
Tier 13 is the minimum to roll Secret Portal chances (~1% for Sukuna portal, ~1% for Gojo portal per community reports). Tier 15 guarantees a Secret reward — the strongest exclusives of the patch.

Sukuno (Curse King) delivers Malevolent Decree team debuffs plus Domain Expansion 1000% map nuke — S-tier mid-game DPS that scales into late Infinite with Eternal trait.
Complete the 30-wave Secret Portal challenge after rolling the unit-specific portal to guarantee the drop.
Valentine event and Hearts
Valentine Hearts currency unlocked Natzo (Lightning), Ohma (EVO), and other shop exclusives during the live window. Codes like VALENTINESDAY! are expired — watch Discord for reruns.
Hearts stacked fastest through coordinated portal runs during the event week. Spend on evolution materials for Brojo/Sukuno paths before cosmetic-only rewards.
JJK relevance after Re-Release
Brojo remains Meta Support alongside Idol (Pop) — prioritize JJK Act 3/6 material farms if you lack Six Eyes stun coverage.
Sukuno competes with Kid Boo for burst but adds debuff utility Megumo cannot replicate. Paradox banner unit still tops raw DPS benchmarks from this patch if you pulled during launch.
